Kelly Armstrong

Kelly Armstrong has extensive experience working in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Starting as a GIS Technician at Arrowhead Regional Development Commission, Kelly then moved on to work as a GIS Coordinator at the City of Oakdale, Minnesota. Currently, Kelly holds the position of Park Project and Systems Analyst at the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board. Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Geography/GIS from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
