Rachel Pierce

Rachel Pierce possesses extensive experience in sports event management and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Game Day and Events Manager for Minnesota Aurora FC since April 2024, Rachel previously held roles including Assistant Director of Athletic Events and Operations at the University of St. Thomas and Game Operations Manager at Minnesota Aurora FC. With a foundation in athletics operations as Athletics Operations Coordinator at Hamline University and earlier positions with the Minnesota Timberwolves & Lynx, National Wheelchair Basketball Association, and Living Sport, Rachel has demonstrated strong leadership in managing facilities and coordinating events. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Butler University and an MBA from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, Rachel combines educational background with hands-on experience in the sports industry.
