Abdulkadir Mohamed has extensive experience in refugee support and education, currently serving as a Refugee Program Specialist: Community Navigator at the Minnesota Council of Churches since 2014. Previous roles include Case Aide at the East African Community of Orange County and Sales Associate at Working Wardrobes. Abdulkadir worked as an interpreter with the Church World Service, a Sanitation Program Supervisor for the Norwegian Refugee Council, and a Primary School Teacher with The Lutheran World Federation. Additionally, Abdulkadir was a Team Supervisor at Jesuit Refugee Service, providing counseling services. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Primary Education from Masinde Muliro University and a degree in Transportation Technology (CDL) from Iowa Central Community College. Abdulkadir completed secondary education at Napata High School in Kenya, achieving a certificate in English Language and Science.
