Heather Lukes

Heather Lukes is a seasoned civil engineer with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Assistant District Engineer for Program Support at the Minnesota Department of Transportation since February 2009, Heather has also held roles as Planning Director and Senior Engineer/project manager within the organization. Prior to this, Heather worked at Bonestroo from October 1999 to January 2009 as an Engineer, and earlier at Zenk, Read and Trygstad as a Civil Engineer from May 1998 to September 1999. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, completing the degree in 1998.
