Kim Johnson

Kim Johnson is currently the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs, where Kim coordinates DEIA programming and initiatives to increase workforce diversity and create an inclusive work environment. Kim also serves as the Women Veteran and Gold Star Coordinator, providing specialized support to Veterans, military members, and their dependents. Previously, Kim worked as a Veteran Service Representative at the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs and in various military roles at the MN Army National Guard. Kim holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Metro State University.
