Annelies Stevens-de Jong

Annelies Stevens-de Jong serves as the Medical Review Coordinator at the Office of Ombudsman for Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities for the State of Minnesota since May 2023, leading the Ombudsman Medical Review Subcommittee in the evaluation of client deaths related to mental health and developmental services.
