Jonathan Kottke is an accomplished leader in business and information technology strategy with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of the Office of Transformation and Strategy Delivery for the State of Minnesota since July 2022, Kottke is responsible for the deployment of a $700M IT strategy and oversees a $150M PMO. Previously, as President and CEO of J Alan Consulting from September 2020 to December 2022, Kottke focused on delivering large-scale programs and operational excellence. At CWT, Kottke held several senior roles, including Director of Strategy, Planning and Operations, and Data Science Director, where responsibilities included strategic roadmap planning and performance measurement for a $230M portfolio. Additionally, Kottke has managed IT service improvement initiatives that significantly reduced incidents and disruptions. Kottke holds an Executive Leadership Program Mini MBA from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
