Rafael Oliveira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership and specialized roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Central Support Services Lead for the State of Minnesota since March 2023, Rafael has previously held positions including Commercial Property Tax and Insurance Specialist at The Servion Group, Loan Servicing Specialist at Wells Fargo, and Business Owner. Rafael's early career includes roles as Team Lead at Golden Gate of Orlando LLC, Interim General Manager at Apae de Pederneiras, and Asset Specialist for the City of Pederneiras in Brazil. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, a MiniMBA in Project Management, and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Metro State University.
