Sara Reller

Sara Reller currently serves as the Unemployment Insurance Business Design and Technology Director for the State of Minnesota, a position held since March 2011, where notable achievements include leading the migration of the Unemployment Insurance system to Amazon Web Services, overseeing a $40 million strategic portfolio, and managing multiple strategic projects that resulted in significant cost savings and efficiency improvements. Previously, Sara held various roles within the State of Minnesota, focusing on strategic planning, process redesign, and digital systems management. Earlier career experiences include project management at the Selby Area Community Development Corp, where Sara successfully coordinated business training programs, and as an Assistant News Director at KKOK/KMRS Radio. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of Minnesota Morris.
