Rita Walaszek Arndt

Rita Walaszek Arndt has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rita currently works as a Program and Outreach Manager at the Minnesota Historical Society, where they oversee the Native American Artist-in-Residence (NAAIR) program and ensures accurate representation of Indigenous narratives. Rita also develops strategies to establish and maintain relationships with Native communities.

Rita Walaszek Arndt completed their Bachelor's degree in Art History from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Art History from the University of Saint Thomas, from 2008 to 2012.
