Jodell Swenson

Jodell Swenson serves as the Director of Human Resources at Minnesota Housing since October 2018, focusing on financing affordable housing for low- and moderate-income Minnesotans. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Human Resources Manager at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions and GE Water & Process Technologies, contributing to employee relations initiatives and organizational effectiveness. Jodell has held various human resources management positions at GE Healthcare, leading HR strategies across multiple divisions and promoting talent development programs. Jodell initiated HR practices at CNH Global NV and began a career as a Human Resources Generalist at Weyerhaeuser. Jodell earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Olaf College.
