Rinal Ray

Rinal Ray is currently employed as the Assistant Commissioner of Housing Stability at Minnesota Housing. Prior to this role, Rinal served in various positions at People Serving People, including Chief Executive Officer and Interim Executive Director. Rinal also held roles at organizations such as the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, Minnesota Justice Foundation, and Legal Aid Society of Minneapolis. Rinal's educational background includes a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a BA in International Studies and Political Science from Macalester College, and participation in the Humphrey Policy Fellows program at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
