Bobby Isbell is a current law student at Harvard Law School, expected to graduate in 2024. Isbell has gained valuable legal experience through positions such as Law Clerk for the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General. Additional experience includes serving as a Summer Associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP and as a Communications Fellow for Tina Smith's campaign. Isbell also contributed to the New Hampshire campaign as a Fellow for Amy for America. Isbell completed a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in Political Science and Economics from St. Olaf College in 2021.

The Judicial Branch is governed by the Judicial Council, which is chaired by Lorie S. Gildea, Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court. The Minnesota Judicial Branch is mandated by the Minnesota Constitution to resolve disputes promptly and without delay.
