Kristin Ferguson

Kristin Ferguson has over 20 years of experience working at Securian Financial. Kristin currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, responsible for product strategy, risk management, and finance for the Individual Solutions area. Kristin leads teams in developing and launching individual life and annuity products, as well as evaluating risk and return. Prior to this role, Kristin served as Vice President and Second Vice President, overseeing life and annuity product strategy and managing the financial aspects of these divisions. Kristin also held the role of Director, serving as the CFO for the Life and Annuity Divisions and the Wealth Management Group Division. Kristin began their career at Securian as an Actuarial Student and later became a Senior Associate Actuary and Quantitative Risk Manager. Kristin also had a previous internship as an Actuarial Intern at Securian.

Kristin Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from Iowa State University. Kristin has obtained several certifications including Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) in 2017, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 2012, and Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) in 2006.
