Rod van Genderen

Rod Van Genderen worked as a CFO/Financial Controller at Principal Financial Group. Rod then joined Securian Financial in 2020, where they served as the Head of Operational Risk. Prior to that, they worked at Principal Financial Group as an Assistant Director - Capital Markets from January 1999 to June 2004.

Rod Van Genderen attended Central College from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on accounting, business, and psychology. In 1994, they also obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
