Travis Thibodeau is an experienced union organizer currently serving in a union role since September 2023 and has been with the Minnesota Nurses Association since October 2015. Travis Thibodeau previously worked as a Field Representative and Organizer for SEIU Healthcare Wisconsin, focusing on recruitment and leadership development within unions. Earlier in the career, Travis Thibodeau served as a Research Associate for Al Franken for Senate, conducting research on corporate activities under tight deadlines. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Viterbo University.
