Sarah Thamer

Sarah Thamer is a Senior Reporter for MPR News, specializing in Race, Class, and Communities since August 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah served as a Media Coach at Media Minefield and held positions as a News Reporter at WISN-TV and as a Reporter and Weekend News Anchor at WKBT News 8 Now. Sarah's experience also includes an internship at Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc., reporting for The Minnesota Daily, and working as a Public Relations Manager at SparkStarter, LLC. Sarah completed studies at the University of Minnesota from 2013 to 2015.
