Jenna Hofer

Jenna Hofer is an experienced fiscal analyst currently employed by the Minnesota Senate since November 2016, focusing on E-12 education committees by providing fiscal, budgetary, and programmatic analysis. Previously, Jenna worked as a Fiscal Note Coordinator Intern at the Minnesota Department of Health, where responsibilities included preparing and reviewing fiscal notes during the 2016 legislative session. Jenna's experience also encompasses a role as a Tax Policy Research Intern at the Minnesota Department of Revenue, supporting the 2016 Tax Expenditure Budget Report, and as an Education Evaluation Intern at the Minnesota Historical Society, involved in program evaluation and data management. Jenna holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Global Studies from Concordia College.
