Duane Faber

Duane Faber possesses extensive experience in information security and technology services across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Information Security at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities since January 2019, Duane collaborates, advises, and educates colleagues across 30 colleges and 7 universities in Minnesota. Previous roles include Senior Director of Technology Services & Information Security at Caribou Coffee and Director of Infrastructure & Security at Buffets, Inc., where Duane oversaw the implementation of a wide-area network and led initiatives for Payment Card Industry compliance. Earlier experience includes IT support for the State of Minnesota's Department of Administration. Duane's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management - Leadership from Northcentral University, along with studies at various other institutions.
