Jess Lee Niebuhr

Jess Lee Niebuhr is an experienced leader in facilitating innovation at the intersection of industry, education, and workforce development. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Strategic Partnerships at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities since December 2018, Jess also operates as a Consultant/Principal at 4S Consulting, LLC since August 2014. Previous roles include Executive Director and Director of RealTime Exchange at RealTime Talent, where Jess contributed to a data-informed collaborative organization, and Dean positions at Minneapolis Community and Technical College, overseeing various career and technical programs. Jess began professional career as Director at Anoka-Ramsey Community College, managing educational programs and client relationships.
