Michele Chilinski

Michele Chilinski, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Capital Management (HCM) professional currently serving as a Workday Analyst at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities since February 2023. In this role, Michele leads the design and system configuration for Workday Recruiting and oversees functional and technical project activities related to the platform. Previous positions include serving as a Project Functional Manager for the NextGen Workday HCM Recruiting Implementation Team and Human Resources Staffing and Auditing Specialist at the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. With a background as HR Assistant Director for Talent Management and other HR roles at Metropolitan State University, Michele has been instrumental in compliance, recruitment, and employee relations over a career spanning more than two decades, including earlier experience in human resources at the University of Minnesota and Faegre & Benson LLP. Michele holds a Mastery Certificate in HR from the University of Minnesota.
