Paul Shepherd

Paul Shepherd, Ed.D. serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, a position held since September 2016. In this role, Paul has led system-wide initiatives focused on advancing equity, inclusion, and student success across 33 institutions while providing support to senior leadership and colleagues. Prior to this, Paul held various leadership positions at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, including Director of Student Life and Graduate Program Coordinator, where efforts were made to enhance leadership development and student engagement. Additionally, Paul served as President of the Wisconsin College Personnel Association and held roles at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Paul holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, as well as a Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
