The current leadership team at the Minnesota State High School League has experience in a variety of educational settings. The team includes a principal from Sauk Rapids-Rice High School, a math teacher from Mitchell Middle School, and a principal from Sauk Centre High School. The team also has a degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from St. Cloud State University and a degree in Mathematics from Saint John's University.
