Alissa M. Morson is an accomplished professional in international recruitment and communications, currently serving as the Director of International Recruitment & Communications at Minnesota State University, Mankato since June 2017. Morson has successfully developed and implemented strategic plans and initiatives aimed at enhancing international admissions processes, including transitioning to digital Form I-20s and creating scholarship programs for incoming F-1 students. With extensive experience in higher education and a strong background in advising, Morson has also organized various programs for international student retention and engagement, led social media strategies, and managed significant budgets. Morson's previous roles include positions at Maryville College and World Learning, as well as volunteer work with the Peace Corps.
