Christopher Schmidt

Christopher Schmidt is an experienced aviation professional with over two decades in the industry. Currently serving as an Air Line Pilot for Delta Air Lines since August 2010, Christopher has also contributed to the educational sector as an Adjunct Faculty member at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where responsibilities include teaching Commercial Pilot Ground school and Regional Airline Operations, as well as coaching the Flight Team and advising Alpha Eta Rho. Prior experience includes positions as an Air Line Pilot and Checkairman at Compass Airlines, an Air Line Pilot and Captain at Pinnacle Airlines Corp., and as a First Officer at Independence Air. Christopher holds a B.S. in Aviation, Business, and Economics from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
