Hannah Radcliff-Hoy is a dedicated professional with a strong background in program coordination and community development. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator at Minnesota State University, Mankato since August 2019, Hannah leads the professional development program for staff and faculty, focusing on content creation and community-driven learning opportunities. Previously, as the Community Program Director at Partners for Affordable Housing, Hannah developed systems and processes to ensure the long-term success of housing services for those in need. Earlier experience includes a role as Program Coordinator at Sage Upstate, where Hannah concentrated on health and wellness programs for aging LGBTQ communities across seven counties. Hannah is pursuing a Master's degree in Aging Studies at Minnesota State University, Mankato and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ohio University.
