Jonathan Paver

Jonathan Paver, Ed.D, currently serves as the Director of Online Programs at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where responsibilities include leading the MSU Online initiative and overseeing a diverse portfolio of online baccalaureate and graduate programs, achieving significant enrollment growth since Fall 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Dean of Liberal Arts and Learning Support at Maricopa Community Colleges, where strategic guidance was provided during the transition back to in-person services post-COVID-19, and various leadership roles at institutions such as Waubonsee Community College, Skyline College, and Triton College, focusing on academic support, transfer programs, faculty development, and instructional design. Dr. Paver holds a Doctor of Education degree in Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University and a BA in Communications from Western Illinois University.
