Jordy Veit

Jordy Veit is an experienced educator and professional with a strong background in biology and customer service. Currently serving as an Adjunct Biology Instructor at Minnesota State University, Mankato since August 2014, Jordy teaches lab and discussion sections for courses including Biol 100 and Biol 106. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Holiday Gas Station from May 2001 to November 2023 as a Shift Lead, where responsibilities included cashiering, bookkeeping, and creating safety training presentations. Jordy also worked at South Central College from August 2006 to June 2009 as a Computer Lab Assistant, providing technical support and assisting with student registration and orientation. Earlier work at Randalls involved customer service and supervision of front end operations. Jordy holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Plant Sciences from Minnesota State University, Mankato, as well as an Associate's degree in General Studies from South Central College.
