Natalie Rasmussen

Natalie Rasmussen, PhD, is a highly experienced educational leader and professor currently serving as the Professor, Doctoral Coordinator, and Chair of the Department of Educational Leadership at Minnesota State University, Mankato since August 2017. Prior roles include Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at the same institution, as well as Assistant Principal at Minneapolis Public Schools and Principal Intern at the Aspiring Transformational Principal Academy. Earlier, Natalie Rasmussen held positions such as PK-12 Science Department Chair at The Blake School and Chemistry Teacher and Science Department Chair at North Community High School. Educational credentials include a PhD in Science Education from the University of Minnesota, an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from Minnesota State University, Mankato, a Master’s in Education from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Science Education from the University of Minnesota.
