Samuel Steiger

Sam Steiger is an experienced Program Coordinator at Minnesota State University, Mankato, specializing in Campus Recreation and adventure education since August 2004. In this role, Sam provides leadership to a team dedicated to enhancing experiential learning through teambuilding, leadership development, and outdoor activities, serving both the university and surrounding Southern Minnesota communities. Additionally, Sam held a member-at-large position on the Board of Directors for the Association for Experiential Education from November 2012 to November 2015. Sam's educational background includes a Master's degree in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Education & Interpretation from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
