Kayla Bellows

Kayla Bellows is the current Human Resources Generalist at the Minnesota Timberwolves. Kayla has previous experience working as a Human Resources Specialist and an Accounting Assistant.

Kayla started their career in 2012 as an Accounting Assistant with Northcott Hospitality. In this role, they were responsible for a variety of accounting tasks such as invoicing, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

In 2015, Kayla transitioned into the role of Human Resources Specialist with School District 622. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating day to day benefits administration, overseeing Workers Compensation claims, and managing the wellness program. Kayla was also responsible for assisting in the on-boarding of new hires and conducting monthly Bloodborne Pathogens Training sessions.

In 2017, Kayla was promoted to Human Resources Generalist with the Minnesota Timberwolves. In this role, they are responsible for a variety of human resources functions such as employee relations, benefits administration, and recruiting.

Kayla Bellows has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Kayla also has a minor in accounting. Kayla is certified from SHRM in SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and SHRM-CP.

They are on a team with and Leah Hazlett - Human Resources Specialist. Kayla Bellows reports to Sianneh Mulbah, Chief People Officer.
