Briana Parr-Baker

Briana Parr-Baker is an experienced professional with a background in environmental studies, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College. Currently serving as the Weatherization Program Manager and previously as a Weatherization Auditor/Quality Control Inspector at Minnesota Valley Action Council since March 2019, Briana conducts energy audits and inspections for the Weatherization Assistance Program across nine counties in southern Minnesota. Prior to this role, Briana provided office administrative support at the Minnesota Council of Churches and served as the Southern Minnesota Coordinator for Minnesota Interfaith Power & Light, focusing on climate justice and sustainability initiatives, along with earlier experience as a Weatherization Carpenter at Minnesota Valley Action Council.
