Meaghan Fors

Meaghan Fors currently serves as Co-Chair of the Women’s Employee Resource Group and Innovation Strategy Manager at Minnesota Vikings, having joined the organization in August 2018. In the role of Innovation Strategy Manager, Meaghan Fors has led internal teams in applying design thinking processes and analytics to enhance business and consumer alignment. Previous experience includes serving as Business Analytics & Strategy Project Manager where Meaghan Fors established the company's first project management process and facilitated goal setting across teams. Prior to the Minnesota Vikings, Meaghan Fors worked as Email Campaign Coordinator and Social Outreach Coordinator at FundRacer Event Management, successfully driving multimillion-dollar revenues through marketing efforts. Additional experience includes positions at SkyWest Airlines and Hastings Entertainment. Meaghan Fors holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Utah State University, along with multiple certificates from Harvard Business School Online in fields related to entrepreneurship, innovation, disruptive strategy, and design thinking.
