Pat Lealos

Pat Lealos is currently the Senior Event Manager at Minnesota Wild. Prior to that, they were with Minnesota Sports & Entertainment as an Event Manager for nine years. In that role, they were responsible for leading and owning external events for clients, which included coordinating and managing their vendors, as well as communicating with internal and external stakeholders. This also entailed owning the entire project life cycle from initial meetings during the sales process, estimate, logistical planning, communications, executing, quality control and assurance, to detailed final billing. During their time there, they managed 30 – 40 independent events annually and was regularly drafting estimates, budgeting, making decisions, scheduling work, doing detailed billing, and being financially accountable for specific projects and events. Prior to that, they were a Sales Associate at Alerus Center for six years.

Pat Lealos has received a BBA in Business Management from the University of North Dakota and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota.

Pat Lealos reports to Kate Setley, Director, Event Management & RiverCentre Marketing. Some direct reports include Brandon Tucker - Lead Event Manager, Haley Thelen - Event Manager, and Tyler Ichella - Event Coordinator. They work with Jon Koehler - Senior Manager, Event Production, Anette Andruss - Marketing Manager.
