As the Founder of Innovative 3D Padded Pants since 2021, Sandra has launched a groundbreaking line that aids children in their developmental milestones. Previously, Sandra served in key roles at Minnetonka Moccasin Company, eyebobs, Crocs, Columbia Sportswear Company, Noovo Design, and IDEO, contributing to significant product innovation, revenue growth, and market appeal.
