Manufacturing Engineer I at Minnetronix

Kari Weiss has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Student Research Intern at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2018, they continued their research work as a Research Assistant at the same university. In 2019, they took on the role of an Engineering Summer Program Residential Counselor at UW-Madison College of Engineering, where they mentored high school participants and provided tutoring and instruction in engineering and STEM subjects. Concurrently, they also worked as a Student Staff - 3D Printer Chair at UW-Madison CoE Makerspace, assisting students in project design and execution using various tools and hosting workshops for the community. In 2021, they joined Eaton as a Field Service Engineer, where they tested and maintained electrical gear at customer sites and actively participated in projects such as designing an asset hierarchy and refining KPIs. Most recently, they worked as an Engineer In Training at Minnetronix, Inc. starting in October 2022.

Kari Weiss completed their high school education at Madison West High School from 2014 to 2018, but the degree name and field of study are not provided. Following that, Kari pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2018 to 2022. They obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in May 2022.

In terms of additional certifications, Kari obtained the "GeoTol Pro Fundamentals (2.4 CEU's)" certification from Applied GD&T, LLC in April 2023.
