Kera West, PMP, MBA has extensive work experience in the medical device industry. Kera began their career at Beckman Coulter, Inc as a Senior Software Test Engineer, where they supported design and verification activities and participated in issue investigation and troubleshooting. In 2004, they joined Minnetronix, Inc as a Software QA Engineer, responsible for test development, documentation, and product verification. Kera later transitioned to the role of Program Manager, serving as the main customer contact and team leader for multidisciplinary engineering teams. In 2012, Kera became the Director of Electrical Engineering at Minnetronix, leading a functional group of electrical engineers, technicians, and designers. Kera then assumed roles as Engineering Director for the RF Vertical, Optics Vertical, and most recently, the Optics and Fluids & Gas Key Technology Segments. In these positions, they provided business and technical leadership, managed customer relationships, and oversaw the development of medical devices and business strategies. Kera has demonstrated success in managing teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring milestone performance.

Kera West, PMP, MBA, holds an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of St. Thomas, completed between 2002 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their academic achievements, Kera has obtained several certifications. Kera received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2011. Furthermore, they completed the Bootcamp for Experienced Managers program from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in December 2012. Most recently, in February 2020, they obtained a certification in Executive Leadership Coaching from Claussen Consult.
