Mickey Morris

Mickey Morris has extensive work experience starting from 2004. They began their career in the US Army as an Engineer officer and served in various roles until June 2009. After that, they joined the Ohio Army National Guard as a Captain until June 2011. In 2009, Mickey also started working in the pharmaceutical industry at Amylin Pharmaceuticals, where they served as a Manufacturing Supervisor for Aseptic Filling until March 2011, and later as an Engineer II, Process Excellence until August 2012. They then worked as an Operational Excellence Engineer at Bristol-Myers Squibb from August 2012 to January 2014, and at AstraZeneca from February 2014 to January 2017. From January 2017 to October 2022, Mickey worked at Boston Scientific as a Senior Production Supervisor. Currently, they hold the position of Production Manager at Minnetronix, Inc. since October 2022.

Mickey Morris graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mickey then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Miami University from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Mickey obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ in March 2013.
