Tali Neidenfeuhr

Senior Process Development Engineer at Minnetronix

Tali Neidenfeuhr has extensive work experience in engineering and research roles. From 2018 to present, they have served as a Senior Process Development Engineer at Minnetronix, Inc., where they have worked cross-functionally to bring products from development to production. Tali has also facilitated Design for Manufacturability (DFM) in new product designs, supported production readiness, and applied knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials. In addition, they have partnered with development engineering to commercialize new products and created production documentation. Tali has identified new process/manufacturing capabilities to improve quality and reduce costs. Tali has also worked directly with customers, providing technical guidance and developing statements of work for customer specific requests. Furthermore, Tali has experience as a Process Development Engineer II, Field Clinical Engineer, Process Development Engineer I, and Associate Production Engineer at Minnetronix, Inc. Prior to their roles at Minnetronix, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, specifically at the Hu Lab. Tali also held a Development Quality Assurance Intern position at Minnetronix, Inc. Tali has additional experience as a Senior Instructor/On Deck Manager at the University of Minnesota Recreation and Wellness, a Lab Attendant at the Center for Allied Health Education, and a Lead Building Attendant, Lifeguard, and Water Safety Instructor at Becker Community Center. Lastly, they have worked as a Model and Actress at Caryn Model & Talent Management.

Tali Neidenfeuhr completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Tali attended the university from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, Tali obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from St. Cloud State University, where they studied for two years from 2012 to 2014. Tali also holds several additional certifications, including ISO 10993 Series 1 certification from NAMSA in March 2022, CPR & AED and First Aid certifications from the American Heart Association in September 2021, and SolidWorks Mechanical Design certification from Dassault Systèmes in December 2017.
