Sonnee Stanley has a diverse range of work experience in the field of mental health. Sonnee began their career at Boys and Girls Haven as an Impact Plus Therapist from September 2009 to August 2011. Sonnee then worked at the SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, INC as a Child and Adolescent Liaison/Director of Children Services from August 2011 to March 2013. Sonnee later joined Betty's Hope as a Program Manager from March 2014 to May 2015. Sonnee then took on the role of Clinical Director at La Solución Familiar from July 2015 to May 2019. Currently, Sonnee is the Director of Behavioral Health at Minnie Hamilton Health System, a position they have held since May 2019. Additionally, they are the Chief Executive Officer of Affinity Triangle Therapy, Coaching & Supervision Inc., a virtual group mental health practice serving multiple states starting from March 2022.
Sonnee Stanley holds a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Western Kentucky University, which was obtained from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology/Sexuality at Western Kentucky University from 2005 to 2006.
