Michael Lawson

Michael Lawson, AICP/PP serves as a Principal and Associate at Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners since December 2019, focusing on the design and management of large-scale mid-rise and high-rise multifamily residential projects across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, along with planning review and conceptual design. Michael has been involved with the New Jersey Institute of Technology's Athletics Advisory Board from September 2020 to January 2023 and was a key member of the senior leadership team at Marchetto Higgins Stieve from 2015 to 2019, where significant contributions included the management and design of multifamily projects and preparation of zoning submissions. Previous experiences include leadership roles and project management in various architectural and planning firms, along with achievements as Head Coach for Men's Swimming & Diving at NJIT. Michael holds multiple degrees in Architecture, Management, and City & Regional Planning, with relevant skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and project management software.
