Betsy Parton

Betsy Parton is currently the Head of Marketing at Minnow Swim LLC. Prior to this role, Betsy held positions at Mattel, Inc. where she worked on the Global Brand Team for Monster High as a Global Brand Manager. She also worked on the Global Brand Team for Polly Pocket and Monster High as an Associate Brand Manager. Betsy's experience includes roles as a Senior Brand Analyst, Brand Analyst, and Production Coordinator in Barbie Consumer Products Design. Before her time at Mattel, Betsy held positions at College Summit, William Morris Endeavor, and Cushman & Wakefield. Betsy graduated from USC Marshall School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
