Elisa De Petris is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People & Culture Manager for EMEA at Minor Figures since December 2024. Prior to this role, Elisa worked as a People Experience Specialist at Butternut Box, where culture and engagement initiatives were led for both London and remote teams. Previously, Elisa held the position of Employee Experience Program Manager at Mya Systems, managing employee programs focused on recognition and wellness while driving diversity and inclusion efforts.
