Mook Mathita Punchapatt serves as the Director of People and Culture and Human Resources Director at Minor International since November 2021, where responsibilities encompass the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to retirement, alongside advising line managers on HR practices and labor law. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Minor Food, focusing on talent acquisition and mobility, and Vice President of Human Resources at GMM Grammy PLC, emphasizing organizational sustainability and talent management. Mook has also held leadership positions in talent acquisition and recruitment at Siam Piwat and PRTR, further complemented by marketing roles at True Corporation, Krungsri Auto, and SCB. Mook possesses a Master’s Degree in Business/Managerial Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, both from Kasetsart University.
