Maria Lucilene Fernandes Araujo is a Sênior UX Designer at Minsait, specializing in the development and scaling of chatbots using GenAI technology to enhance conversational experiences. Previously, Maria led UX writing at O2OBOTS, focusing on creating intelligent financial products and engaging chatbot dialogues.
