Sarah Henson

Sarah Henson is an experienced HR professional with a broad strategic and generalist HR and Learning & Development background. Sarah has held various HR roles in different companies, including Head of HR and HR Manager. Sarah has led organizational change initiatives and has a passion for learning and development. Sarah has also worked as a Senior Lecturer, where Sarah designed and delivered teaching content in HR and organizational behavior. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Warwick.
