Hik Park

Hik Park is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal auditing and education. Currently serving as an Institute Relations Committee member at The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. since July 2023, Hik Park also holds the position of Chair of the Audit Committee at AESA and is a Board Member at Fair Haven Homes Society. In addition, Hik Park is a member of the Audit Committee at Marcobre and the Director of Internal Audit at Minsur S.A. Teaching as a Visiting Professor at PAD Universidad de Piura since 2012, Hik Park specializes in the area of Internal Control Systems. Previous roles include Internal Audit Director at Pan American Silver Corp from 2007 to 2018 and various positions at EY and Arthur Andersen & Co. Hik Park's academic credentials include an MEd in Education from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, an MBA from Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
