Caroline Pappas is the Director of Corporate Partnerships at Mint House. Caroline was previously the Co-Founder and Principal of Prompt Growth, an incubator and acquirer of digital businesses. Caroline acquired and scaled the DTC ecommerce business Flower Explosion, which they sold to 301 Capital Partners in 2016. Caroline has also worked as an MBA Class of 2012 at The Wharton School and as a Summer Intern at Paladin Capital Group. Caroline is a co-founder of First Help Financial LLC.

Caroline Pappas has a MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Economics, Markets & Management from Duke University.
