Bettina Sophie Krechel

Bettina Sophie Krechel is an experienced research and marketing professional with a robust background in brand management and strategic development across various industries, particularly in beauty and fragrance. Currently serving as Research Director at Mintel since September 2019, Bettina leads a team of 27 research analysts and oversees the execution of German Reports. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at Shiseido Group EMEA, where responsibilities encompassed brand management for Narciso Rodriguez and Elie Saab, as well as training across Shiseido's Designer Fragrance Brands. Additionally, Bettina held roles at Henkel as International Brand Manager for the Fa and Taft brands and at Estee Lauder managing marketing initiatives for the EMEA region. Bettina's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Management with Marketing from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an International Baccalaureate from Schule Schloss Salem.
