Eleonora de Palma

Eleonora De Palma has extensive experience in client management and support within the marketing research industry, currently serving as Team Lead for SMB Renewals and Expansion at Mintel since October 2017. In this role, Eleonora manages a team of Account Managers to help clients across Europe leverage Mintel's insights for business growth. Previous positions at Mintel include Onboarding Manager and Client Service Executive, focusing on client onboarding and support. Eleonora's earlier experience includes a research role at Università degli Studi di Roma 'La Sapienza'​ related to the Google Books project and an internship at StartApp 1000Italy, developing communication and networking skills. Eleonora holds an MSc in International Security from the University of Bristol and a BA in Cultural and Linguistic Mediation from Sapienza Università di Roma.
